Venice is one of the most amazingly beautiful locations for romantic wedding and pre-wedding photo shoots, but the hot spots are often animated by lots of tourists from all over.
To avoid the problem of crowds and tourists, i suggested to make the engagement session with wedding proposal at sunrise, on the top of amazing bridge with nice view in Dorsoduro district.
Though a proposal is a prerequisite for almost every session I book (hey, I’m an engagement and wedding photographer in Italy, after all!), seldom am I present for the actual question popping!
PROPOSING IN VENICE | WEDDING PROPOSAL ITALY
My session with Phillip and Sumy started out with Phillip reaching out to me to see if I’d be able to help him pull this off. (The answer to this is always yes, by the way).
Phillip contacted me a couple of months before, saying that he was secretly going to be proposing to his girlfriend in Venice, and looking for help for a proposal and engagement photo session in Venice.
He wanted a bridge and, at the same time, also wanted a place which was intimate to make a Romantic Wedding Proposal in Venice.
Together we found his ideal location. He did his homework.
Engagement Proposal in Venice
Sumy was totally surprised about the whole proposal (as you can see by the images below & photographs don’t like…).
After the proposal, I came out of cover we went around Venice and took more photographs… They didn’t walk, they floated a meter above ground throughout the whole Engagement session in Venice.
I loved their double hugs. A simple hug wasn’t enough. No a double hug. Each and every time. Too cute.
